Supervision of water supply projects in the eastern part of Golestan province

Supply and distribution of drinking water to all villages of the Golestan province is one of the issues that should always be considered. This can be mentioned as the main objective of the current project. The other notable goals of this project are as follows:

Supply and optimal consumption of water resources in the framework of rural water and sewerage policies
Increasing the rural water resources and measures taken to develop and exploit the water and sewerage facilities
Increasing the level of technical and environmental standards in the implementation of rural water and sewage projects
Extraction of groundwater for drinking and sanitary purposes by digging deep wells.

Geographical location

The scope of the project is the eastern part of Golestan province, which includes the cities of Gonbad Kavous, Minoodasht, Galikesh, Ramyan, Kalaleh, Maraveh Tappeh and Azadshahr.

Performed Activities

Revising the plan, modifying maps, estimating, and monitoring the accuracy and quality of executive operations in 114 projects assigned to the Mouj Ab Fan company.

 The executive operations are as follows:

Construction of 28 ground concrete tanks with an approximate capacity of 13,800 cubic meters

Construction of 3 metal air tanks with a total capacity of 300 cubic meters

Construction of 4 pressure breakers

Construction of 3 pumping station buildings

Execution of water transmission lines with a length of 73 km

performing the implemented distribution network with an approximate length of 198 km

Installation of 7000 household branches

Drilling and piping 21 deep wells
