This becomes more important when the roads are flooded. Therefore, waterways, raceways, and the surface water conduction and transfer network are no longer able to control the surface water. As a result, many problems are created by the outflow of water from the network.
Today, surface water withdrawal is one of the first necessities of a city. Moreover, carrying out any other urban project, such as the construction of bridges, airports, highways, buildings, should regard the danger of urban and suburban floods otherwise, it is practically futile, costly, and time-consuming.
