Municipal Water and Sewerage Company was using several wells in Gonbad Kavous, Galikesh, and Kalaleh with a maximum production of 484 liters per second to supply drinking water. Due to the emergency situation of drinking water in Gonbad and considering the possibility of exploiting the Normab-Chehelchay dam, in the long run, the rate of 200 liters per second was put on the agenda, which has been assigned to Mouj Ab fan consulting engineering for investigation.
